With a generous grant from Merck, CBRA adapted a colorfully designed "pocket card" with permission from the American Medical Association and the North Carolina Association for Biomedical Research. The card describes the important animal health benefits made possible through animal research. It is available to veterinarians, research institutions and teachers in California, along with the original pocket cards on health topics including: "Organ Transplant Operations in the U.S.," "Incidence of Leading Neurological Disorders in the U.S.," "Leading Causes of Death Among Children Ages 1-14 in the U.S.," and "Mortality Figures for Ten Leading Causes of Death in the U.S."
